Skate can be called a drink produced in a strictly limited territory of France - the region of Poitou-Charentes. Name he received from the name of the city Cognac.

  • collectible - made from vintage, with additional aging in oak barrels for 3 years.

When choosing which brandy is considered good if it is produced in other countries, be guided by the following classification:

  • V.S.– from 2 years;
  • Superior - from 3 years;
  • V.S.O.P. - from 4 years;
  • V.V.S.O.P. - from 5 years;
  • X.O. - from 6 years.
