Permian

Perm is a city in the European part of Russia. It is the administrative center of the Perm Territory, in the Pre-Ural region, which is located in the east of the European part of Russia and borders on Komi, Sverdlovsk Region, Bashkortostan, Udmurtia and Kirov Region.

Where is Perm? It stands on the Kama River, thanks to which it has a river transport connection with Moscow, St. Petersburg and other cities. Here are the two most eastern river ports in Europe: Perm and Levshino.

Distance from other cities

From Moscow to Perm, from west to east, along the M-7 Volga highway and the European route E22 (they are the same highway), 1,400 km. The route passes through the lowerPermianNovgorod and Kazan (actually bypassing the latter). Kazan is 600 km away.

From Kirov to Perm, also from the west, on the P-166 highway, drive 500 km.

From Yekaterinburg, which is 360 km east of Perm, the P-242 runs, the same European route E22.

And finally, Ufa is located in the south. There are two roads from it: Р-315 and E22. The distance is 460 km.
