Tubes of lettuce leaves from Victoria daineko


Ingredients
Green salad3-4 sheetsLow-fat cottage cheese200 gramsCarrot1 pieceGarlic1 cloveWalnut (peeled)50 gramsRosemary1 sprigMarjoram1 sprigCinnamon1 pinch

Wash and dry marjoram and rosemary on a towel, chop and rub with garlic. Peel and grate the carrots.

Mix cottage cheese with nuts, mashed greens, carrots and mince. To the resulting curd mass, add the cinnamon, mix. Put 1–2 tbsp on the washed lettuce leaves. l curd paste and roll into a straw. Place the filled tubes on a plate and garnish with chopped greens if desired.
