The recipe for the preparation of spiced marinated tomatoes
Recipe for spicy pickled tomatoes- a recipe.
- 5 medium-sized dense tomatoes;
- 1.5 liters of water;
- 8 cloves of garlic;
- 6 black peppercorns;
- 5 sheets of laurel, black currant and cherry
- 3 leaves of horseradish;
- 1 bunch of dill inflorescences;
- 4 tbsp. sugar;
- 2.5 tbsp. salt;
- 1 tbsp. vinegar.
Rinse and dry the tomatoes, chop with a toothpick. Put horseradish, currants and cherries, half of dill, garlic, put tomatoes tightly in the sterilized jar, put remaining dill on top.
Bring the water for the marinade to a boil, put laurel, pepper-peas, sugar and salt, pour the marinade over the tomatoes, cover with a sterilized lid and leave for 10 minutes, then pour the marinade back into the pan, bring to the boil, again pour the tomatoes and pour vinegar, cork, turn the jars with tomatoes upside down and cool in a dark place.
