Thai fish cakes

You will need
  • For four servings:
  • - 450 g of fish fillet;
  • - 100 g green beans;
  • - 50 grams of rice flour;
  • - 3 tbsp. spoons of coriander;
  • - 2 green onion stalks;
  • - 1 chicken egg;
  • - 1 tbsp. spoon fish sauce;
  • - 3 tsp of red curry paste;
  • - sweet chili sauce, vegetable oil.
Take the white fish fillet, rinse it, scroll to the meat grinder or using a combine to the state of stuffing.
Add flour, egg, fish sauce, coriander and curry paste to the fish. Pass the mass through a meat grinder again.
Put the minced meat in a bowl, add the chopped beans with green onions. Stir, form small patties with wet hands. Each cutlet should leave approximately 2 tbsp. minced meat.
Heat oil in a skillet.
Fry the fish cakes on both sides until golden brown, then shift to a paper towel, let the excess fat drain. Serve the ready-made Thai fish cakes with sweet chili sauce. As a side dish you can cook potatoes, pasta or rice.
