Stir Fry Shrimp with Broccoli

Steer Fry is a nutritious fragrant dish that is cooked in no time. This means that even the beginning hostess will easily cope with it!

Cooking method:

Peeled shrimp mixed with a pinch of salt, 1 tsp. rice wine, egg white and cornmeal.

Cut broccoli into small florets.

Heat the vegetable oil in a wok and fry the shrimp over high heat, stirring constantly for about 30 seconds. We get shrimp skimmer and dried on paper.Lay in a wok broccoli and green onions. Fry over high heat, stirring constantly, for about 2 minutes, then add salt and sugar, shrimp, broth or water. Pour in soy sauce and the remaining rice wine or sherry.

Stir, heat all together, sprinkle with sesame oil - and can be served.

By the way, instead of shrimp, you can use thin slices of chicken or pork, increasing the roasting time to 2 minutes.
