Salmon Cutlets

You will need
  • - salmon fillet - 500 g;
  • - cottage cheese - 1 pack;
  • - chicken egg - 1 pc .;
  • - white bread - 3 pieces;
  • - milk - 100-120 ml;
  • - salt, pepper, nutmeg - to taste;
  • - oatmeal - 1 cup;
  • - vegetable oil - for roasting.
Wash fillet of salmon, soak bread in milk, squeeze in a minute. Scroll together the fillets, cottage cheese and squeezed pieces of bread.
Break egg into minced fish. Sprinkle with pepper, salt and nutmeg powder, mix thoroughly.
Form the cutlets with wet hands, then roll each of them in oatmeal flakes and place on a hot frying pan. Do not forget to preheat the vegetable oil in it.
After frying fish cakes on both sides, add a little water to them, not more than 50 ml. Leave the patties to simmer for 5-7 minutes over low heat, with the pan closed. Serve the ready dish with a light vegetable salad or any other garnish.
