  1. 620 grams of potatoes, peel;
  2. sea salt;

  5. 3/4 cup breadcrumbs;
  6. 2 medium eggs, beat;
  7. vegetable oil for frying.


Boil potatoes, make mashed potatoes and add spices and leave to cool.
