Potato balls with cheese
Potato balls with cheese- a recipe for a great snack.
- 620 grams of potatoes, peel;
- sea salt;
- 2 tsp. spice tacos;
- 100 grams of mozzarella;
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs;
- 2 medium eggs, beat;
- vegetable oil for frying.
Boil potatoes, make mashed potatoes and add spices and leave to cool.
Make mashed 16 balls. In the center of each ball, we make a well and place a small slice of sliced mozzarella there. Wrap cheese mash, dip each ball first into a beaten egg, and then roll it in breadcrumbs.
Fry in boiling oil until golden brown crust (about a minute for each ball). Spread the fried balls on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
