Salad "Norwegian"

You will need
  • - 20 ml of olive oil;
  • - 350 g pickled pineapples;
  • - 350 g red fish fillet;
  • - 250 grams of cheese;
  • - 250 g pitted olives;
  • - 300 g Peking cabbage;
  • - 250 g sour cream;
  • - 4 things. chicken eggs;
  • - greens for decoration.
For this salad, you can use any cheese, but it is best to take a solid sort of cheese "Fetaxa" it perfectly otten fish fillets. Also for the salad you can take any red trout or salmon fish. They are equally well combined with other ingredients.
To make the salad look beautiful on the table as a complete stand alone dish, take care to decorate it beforehand. Before cooking, rinse the herbs well in cold water and let it dry completely. Leave some fish fillet for roses. Cut it into thin slices, twist the roses and slaughter the bottom with a toothpick. You can sprinkle a little red pepper on top for a brighter color. Put them in the fridge.
Heat the pan well, pour olive oil. Cut the fish fillet into small pieces and fry until golden brown. Boil chicken eggs, cool and cut into cubes.Cheese grate on a coarse grater and divide into two parts. Rinse the cabbage, dry it and chop it very finely. Pineapples, dry and cut into small pieces.
Mix together in a deep bowl a piece of cheese, eggs, fish fillet, olives and cabbage, season with sour cream. Put in a cup for serving, sprinkle with cheese on top and garnish with fish fillet roses and greens.
