Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • cocoa powder - 15 g;
  • milk - 80 ml;
  • 4 yolks;
  • 70 g sugar;
  • 350 ml of cream.

Cooking:

  1. Stir in the cocoa pan with milk, stirring well. The resulting mixture should be heated until complete dissolution of cocoa.
  2. Mix yolks with sugar, but do not beat.
  3. In the resulting mass add cream and milk with cocoa. It should be well mixed, but not brought to the consistency of mousse and, in the case of mass heterogeneity, strain through a fine sieve.
  4. The resulting mass is decomposed into 8 refractory cups for 2/3 of their volume. Baked pots will be in the oven in a water bath.
  5. For the preparation of a water bath, a baking pan or a pan with high sides is required. Pour hot water inside the form, carefully place the pots there. Water should be at the level of the contents of the cups.
  6. Cover the form with baking paper and bake in the oven for 1.5 hours at a temperature of 100-120 °.
