How to make a foot scrub at home
Foot Scrub with Oatmeal and Sugar
Scrub perfectly exfoliates dead skin and softens the skin. To make this truly wonderful product you will need:
- brown sugar - 2 tablespoons;
- oatmeal - 2 tablespoons;
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp;
- Aloe Vera juice - 2 tablespoons;
- Honey - 1 tablespoon;
- Olive or almond oil - 1 tsp.
Using a coffee grinder, grind the oatmeal into small crumb, resembling sand. If you come across fairly large pieces, they will scratch the skin, so grind the grits very carefully.
Mix brown sugar, ground oatmeal. Add honey, soybean aloe and lemon, olive or almond oil (its choice depends on your preferences). Mix thoroughly until smooth.
Apply a scrub on the foot and gently massage in a circular motion. Treat your heels and coarse, sole leathers thoroughly.Wash off the scrub and spread your feet with your regular foot cream.
Sea salt foot scrub
It has been proven that sea water has a very good effect on the condition of the feet. Salt and sand are an excellent natural scrub. For the preparation of foot products based on sea salt will require:
- sea salt - 0.5 cups;
- Baking soda - 0.5 cups;
- essential oil (for example, from lavender, rose, geranium and eucalyptus) - 5-10 drops.
Scrub is done very simply. Mix all the ingredients and put the product in a glass dish. You can store it for 3-6 months in a cool dry place.
Soap your hands with soap and sprinkle a little before using. Scrub your feet and rinse, hold for about 10-15 minutes, and then rinse with water.
