How to glue the pyramid

You will need
  • - pencil;
  • - ruler;
  • - paper;
  • - scissors;
  • - glue.
At the base of the pyramid is a polygon. Depending on the number of its sides, the number of faces of the pyramid will also vary. To build a pyramid reamer with four edges, draw in the center of the sheet, from which you will glue a shape, a rectangle or a square.
Separate each side of the rectangle in half. From the center of the side, draw a perpendicular line that will be equal to the height of the edge of your pyramid. Build the same segments on each of the remaining sides of the polygon.
Connect the angle of the rectangle with the top point of the just drawn line. Repeat this operation with all the corners of the polygon. As a result, you get isosceles triangles, at the base of which lie the sides of the rectangle.
To merge the figure into one, build on the drawing valves for fastening. To do this, on each side of the triangles, draw a strip of half a centimeter wide.
Cut out the reamer and bend it along all the drawn lines. Lubricate the pyramid valves with glue (PVA or clerical) and tuck them inside the layout so that the edges are closed. Leave the model to dry for 20-30 minutes.
