How to draw a rainbow?

The traditional rainbow consists of seven colors:

  • red
  • orange
  • yellow
  • green
  • blue
  • blue
  • purple

Colors are arranged in this order: from warm to cold hues. Remember the sequence of colors will help you the old adage: "Every hunter wants to know where the pheasant sits." Remembering this proverb you will always know how to draw a rainbow.

To draw a rainbow draw eight parallel and equidistant from each other lines. This way you will get a lane divided into seven equal parts. Now color the stripes in the proper order with the colors of the rainbow so that the top one is red.

To get the image of a rainbow in perspective, the lines need to be drawn so that the distance between them at one end is greater than the distance of the other.

In order to prevent ambiguous interpretations of your design - do not forget to draw both blue and blue colors. A rainbow without a blue band, or Pride-flag, has been known worldwide as a symbol of the international LGBT community since the seventies of the last century.
