To make a delicious trout steak, you need the following ingredients:

  • Trout meat;
  • Cheese (can be a mixture of cheeses, for example, "Parmesan" and "Russian" cheese);
  • Onions - 1 pc .;
  • Half a lemon;
  • 200 g of cream;
  • Greenery;
  • Seasoning (you can buy special seasoning for fish);
  • Salt pepper.

Wash the trout and sprinkle with seasoning. Fill the fish with half the cooked cream. Add a little lemon juice, pepper and, of course, salt. Leave the fish to marinate in this mixture for about half an hour. Meanwhile, clean the onion and cut it into large rings. Take food foil and make it a kind of plate.

Put the onion rings in this self-made small plate and the pickled trout on top. Pour the remaining cream on top. Heat the oven well (up to two hundred degrees) and send fish covered with foil into it. Bake it for about forty minutes. While the trout is cooked, grate the cheese on a fine grater. How to cook salmon steak

Salmon, as many know, is a very tender, tasty and healthy fish. This fish is different in that it is almost impossible to spoil it. It is prepared very easily. Salmon steaks are most often fried in a pan, but you can also bake them on the grill. If you like fish dishes, be sure to try the salmon steak. For this purpose, you will need the following ingredients:

  • Salmon;
  • Sour cream;
  • Lemon;
  • Olive oil;
  • Ground pepper;
  • Soy sauce;
  • Curry;
  • Salt, spices.

It should be said that when buying, you should give preference to chilled salmon steaks, rather than frozen ones. The first will be much juicier. You can also take a whole fish, and chop it into pieces already at home. The thickness of such pieces should be approximately two to three centimeters.

First make a marinade. After all, pickled fish will turn out much softer and juicier. Mix olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Here you can add what you wish, be it: rosemary, nutmeg, thyme, etc. On a pound of salmon steaks, about a juice of whole lemon and two tablespoons of olive oil are taken.Everything else is added to taste. Each slice of salmon is richly coated with the resulting marinade and sent to the refrigerator for an hour or two. Meanwhile, make the sauce. For one salmon steak, mix two tablespoons of sour cream, one tablespoon of soy sauce and a quarter teaspoon of curry.

It will be easier to cook this dish in the pan than on the grill. To do this, pour olive oil into the pan and heat it well. Put the steaks and fry them over high heat for about half a minute. Make the fire smaller and fry for another four to five minutes. Turn the fish over with a wooden spatula and very carefully, as the fish is delicate and can fall apart.

As we already mentioned, you can cook steaks from salmon on the grill. To do this, put the pickled pieces of fish on the grill and fry them on both sides until cooked, about fifteen minutes. Periodically water the steaks with the remnants of the cooked marinade. From this they will become even juicier.
