How to cook pike cutlets

  • Pike and pork cutlets:
  • - 830 g pike fillet;
  • - 830 g pork;
  • - 3 onions;
  • - a little flour and vegetable oil;
  • - pepper, salt to taste.
Pike cutlets in the oven
Cook the vegetables. Peel and dice the onions. Put half of the chopped onion in the pan, fry it until golden. Then clean the carrots, grate on a medium grater. Add it to the onions, fry a little.
