Recipe for liquid pizza on kefir

The filling can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator until it is prepared. Specific dough is simply poured into the form. Pizza turns out magnificent and soft. The sweet taste of the base favorably emphasizes the light spice and freshness of the filling. If all actions are performed in steps, the preparation will be simple and clear:

  1. Cut one half of the onion into half rings and mix with 2 tbsp. lmayonnaise, second finely whip.
  2. Dice the mushrooms, diced meat, tomatoes and pepper into cubes. Cheese finely grate. All components are laid out in separate plates.
  3. Fry mushrooms with onions in vegetable oil.
  4. Kefir lightly whisk with eggs, add salt, sugar, 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil. Gradually add flour, stirring constantly. The dough on the consistency should be like a thick sour cream. Depending on the quality of the flour, it may need more or less.
  5. Add soda to the dough, stir and pour it into a greased baking sheet. It will spread evenly and fill the entire volume.
  6. Spread the meat, pepper, mushrooms, pickled onions and tomatoes marinated in mayonnaise evenly over the surface. The filling should not be buried in the dough, and is located on top.
  7. Mix 1 tbsp. l mayonnaise and ketchup, pour a thin layer of this sauce over the pizza and sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Preheat oven to 180 ° C and bake for half an hour.

Leave the pizza in the pan for 15 minutes. and let cool slightly. It will be easy to remove and cut. Serve dish to the table while it is still hot.

Liquid pizza with yeast

Cooking this dish does not require special skills, but takes more time.For the filling, you can use everything that is in the fridge. If desired, make several options for the filling and bake 2-3 different pizzas. To do this, you need the following ingredients:

  • eggs - 3 pcs .;
  • milk - 0.5 l;
  • flour 2 stacks;
  • sugar - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • dry yeast - 5 g;
  • salt - 1 tsp;
  • sausage - 0.2 kg;
  • cheese - 0.3 kg;
  • marinated mushrooms - 200 g;
  • pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs .;
  • tomatoes - 3 pcs .;
  • onions - 1 pc .;
  • Ketchup - 100 g

The most time consuming and responsible is the preparation of the dough. It should be liquid, like pancakes, because the right amount of flour may vary. The procedure for making pizza is as follows:

  1. Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, pour in the beaten eggs, add to them, sugar, salt, vegetable oil. Constantly stirring, gradually pour the flour until you get the desired consistency. To make the dough fit, put it in a warm place. It will take about 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the filling. Finely cut the sausage, mushrooms, cucumbers, tomatoes, laying out separately. Rub the cheese on a not very fine grater.
  3. When the dough increases 3 times, pour a little into a greased form or pan and spread it thinly on the bottom.
  4. Put the stuffing on top, sprinkle with cheese.

The oven should not be too hot. At 190 ° C, the pizza will be ready in 30 minutes. Combining the ingredients for the filling and adding new ones, each time you get an original dish.
