Wash zucchini, remove skin, rub zucchini �fillet� on medium grater.

Onions and garlic finely chopped. Heat a mixture of olive and butter in a frying pan, add vegetables until soft.

Add grated zucchini to the onions with garlic - simmer for 5�7 minutes.

Pour cream in vegetables and bring the sauce to a boil - add salt, season with a pinch of sugar, a mixture of peppers to taste and ground fenugreek.
