Pepper wash, put on a baking sheet. Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Set the baking tray with peppers for 30 minutes. Let the vegetables bake separately from all products, then they need to be peeled.
Wash the zucchini and cut into thin rings. Rinse carrots and peel, prepare in the form of thin plates. It is better to use carrots of not large size, such circles look more profitable in a dish.
Pre-washed cauliflower divided into inflorescences. Large cut in half. Onions pick up not a big head. Free it from the husk, cut into thin slices.Peel garlic cloves, crush, then chop finely.
Rinse the tomatoes thoroughly in running water. Drain and cut into slices. If you want to get a lot of cheese sauce, use more tomatoes in the recipe. It is from these vegetables that more liquid is released during the cooking process.
Prepare a baking sheet or a large baking dish. Put vegetables in any order, salt, pour olive oil. Stir everything gently and set in the oven. Prepare the cake mix for 45 minutes. 30 minutes after preparation, drain the released juice. And put the form with vegetables in the oven again.
Take out the peppers, cool them. Peel off the burned skin. Cut the flesh of the peppers into pieces. Fold the pepper in the total vegetable mass, mix.
Cook the cheese sauce. Crumble feta cheese. Put in vegetable juice, which was previously poured. Add balsamic vinegar and a spoonful of honey, mix. To the hot vegetable stew add finely chopped greens and cheese sauce. Serve hot.
