In a small cup, mix the powdered sugar with cocoa. In turn, whip butter in the mixer (a few seconds), then add milk, powdered sugar mixed with cocoa. Then pour vanillin into the resulting mass. Again, beat everything well until chocolate cream is obtained. And now it can be safely spread on baked cupcakes and solemnly served to the table.
