Cheese mousse with peach and prunes
You will need
- For two servings:
- - 400 g low-fat cottage cheese;
- - 50 g pitted prunes;
- - 10 g fresh mint;
- - 1 peach;
- - 3 tbsp. spoons sour cream 15% fat;
- - 2 tsp of flower honey.
Put the cottage cheese in a bowl for the blender, add sour cream and flower honey. Beat the ingredients of the future mousse to a uniform and fluffy consistency. Sugar is not required to add, breakfast is moderately sweet due to honey.
Rinse the peach, peel off, cut into thin slices. Rinse prunes, pat dry with a paper napkin, cut into thin strips. We need peach and prunes to decorate the finished mousse. Instead of a peach, you can take apricots, apples and other fruits at your discretion. Instead of prunes can sprinkle the finished mousse with fresh berries.
Spread the curd mousse on the ice-cream bowls or portioned bowls.
